Delivery Charges:

For non-bulky items measuring under 1.5 meters (including bulbs and liquids), the delivery charge is £9.50 + VAT for the initial 20kg (with an additional 28p per kilo after 20kg).

Pipework and oversized parcels exceeding 1.5 meters incur a delivery charge of £15.00 + VAT for the initial 20kg (with an additional 28p per kilo after 20kg).
If your items can be accommodated in a 5kg courier pack and do not contain liquids, they can be shipped for £6.50 + VAT.
For items that fit into a 1kg mail pack and do not contain liquids, the shipping cost is £5.50 + VAT.
Bulky items like drums or bead filters require pallet shipping, starting from £45.00 + VAT.
Non-bulky orders to mainland UK exceeding £1000 (excluding VAT) will be shipped for free, up to a value of £55.00.

Orders destined for remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, may have different rates (please contact us for details).

To safeguard your privacy, all orders will be dispatched in unbranded packaging, devoid of any marketing materials.

Whether you need to return an item due to damage, warranty claims, or for any other reason, we’ve streamlined the process for your convenience. Please carefully review and follow the instructions below to ensure a seamless return experience:

Complete the Form: Please fill out the form provided below with all the necessary information. Ensure that your details are accurate to expedite the return process.

Unique Returns Number: After submitting the form, a unique returns number will be generated exclusively for you. This returns number is vital and serves as your personal identifier for the return. Be sure to make a record of this number and keep it in a safe place.

Include the Returns Number: When preparing the item for return, remember to include the generated returns number with the product. This step enables our dedicated team to efficiently process and track your return.

One Form, One Code: It’s important to note that only one form should be completed for each item being returned. Each item requires its own unique returns number. If you are returning multiple items, kindly complete a separate form for each one.

Submitting the Form: Once you have finished filling out the form and obtained the unique returns number, please click the “Submit” button located at the bottom of the page to send us your return request.

Please be aware that items sent back to us without completing this form will not be processed. SPS does NOT cover the cost of returning goods, although SPS MAY refund the cost of returned goods if they are deemed to be faulty and under warranty.

IMPORTANT: As the dealer/supplier/installer, it is your responsibility to inspect the product before returning it to us. Please check for user error, misuse, or a lack of maintenance. If a product is returned to us and only requires cleaning or servicing, you will be charged for these services and any associated carriage charges.
